If you would like to be a dealer at CrisisCon 2K8 we are here to answer a few common questions that you may have about CrisisCon.

  When is CrisisCon 2K8?

Oct 31 – Nov 2 ~ The Von Braun Center ~ "South Hall" Huntsville, Alabama

The Von Braun Center will play host to CrisisCon. It is a great location for dealers and guests alike. As a dealer you receive access to the convention for all three day as well access Thursday, October 30th for set up. Each dealer will be provided with up to four passes for his/her staff.

What are the prices?

Each dealers space is a 10x10ft square, including table, skirting for table, one chair, and waist high dividers to separate dealers tables from other dealers. Dealers may purchase additional tables which will be sold at a discount rate after the first ($10).

Space in the dealers room will be $150.00 for the first 10x10ft space, $125.00 for each 10x10ft space after the first. So if you wanted two spaces, it would be $275.00 for a 10x20ft area. The prices are of course for the whole weekend.

10x10ft space  (One Table Included) $150.00

10x20ft space  (Two Tables Included) $ 275.00

10x30ft space  (Three Tables Included) $400.00

As of now Dealers are limited to three tables, this has a chance to change as we get closer to the convention. Also please note that I can NOT guarantee your space until we have received your payment as well as signed contract.
